It consists of 3 rooms, one with a bedroom with two single beds, a double and a triple room (one double and one single bed). It can accommodate up to 7 people. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room is equipped with LCD TV and Wi-Fi. All rooms have fans ceiling. One of the bedrooms opens onto a large terrace where, in spring you can enjoy the famous mild climate of Rome. The kitchen is shared and equipped with fridge, oven, tea kettle, microwave, juicer, toast machine, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. Not so far from Rome about 35 km. and close with Castel Gandolfo and Nemi there is Ariccia Flat.
The apartment is located in the center of Ariccia inside a famous historical building of ’800 and has a double bed and three single sofa beds. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. It ‘was equipped to make guests’ stay a very comfortable and it has: autonomous heating, air conditioning, washing machine, LCD TV, oven, freezer and vacuum cleaner. In the lounge there is a large fireplace and a large terrace where you can spend pleasant evenings in the summer period tasting a good wine from the Castelli Romani.
